Tropical Depression Bill Brings Heavy Rainfall to Northern Virginia
Severe weather, thunderstorms are in forecast today through next Wednesday.

The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for most of Northern Virginia today (Thursday) through next Wednesday.
The Capital Weather Gang notes the region could see severe storms today (Thursday) between 4-9 p.m.
The NWS says a strong thunderstorm will sweep through Loudoun County and northwestern Fairfax County this afternoon and evening, bringing torrential rains and winds in excess of 40 mph.

The Hazardous Weather Outlook for the next few days includes Fairfax County and Fairfax City. Showers and thunderstorms may contain heavy rainfall late Saturday into Sunday as the remnants of Tropical Depression Bill pass through the area, according to the weather service.
Localized flash flooding is possible during this time.
