Living a “whole” life, in 21st century America, involves learning how to think, work, eat, and exercise in a way that honors personal truth and INTEGRITY, for generations to come. Learning to live authentically means living into the idea that consistency and commitment to ideals are essential for whole living, and fall within the scope of a Christian life. Living “in the world,” but not “of the world,” means honoring the interior life of knowledge, related to both mental health and physical well-being, to truly thrive as a human, created in God’s image.
