Wild Weekend in Ashburn Leads to 7 Alcohol-Related Arrests
Seven people were arrested in three days, police said.

ASHBURN, VA — It was a wild weekend in Ashburn. Whether people were indulging on a little too much eggnog or simply celebrating the weekend, the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office charged seven people in Ashburn on alcohol-related charges over the course of three days. The following actions were reported by the Sheriff's Office on Monday:
Dec. 9:
- At 8:10 a.m. Dec. 9, officers responded to a call of a male banging on multiple guests' doors at a business in the 44000 block of Waxpool Road. Officers found Scott R. Anderson, 49, of Ashburn and charged him with Drunk in Public, police said. Anderson was released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on a personal recognizance bond.

- Officers arrived at the scene of a parking lot in the 43000 block of Central Station Drive at around 2:33 p.m. Dec. 10. and found three people physically fighting, police said. One subject had to be taken to the local hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries. The subjects were identified as Trevor Z. Dooley, 21, of Hearne, TX; Cassie M. Dunn, 33, of Leesburg, VA; and Bradley L. Schmidt, 33, of Leesburg, VA, police said. Dooley was charged with Drunk in Public and Petit Larceny and Schmidt was charged with Drunk in Public, according to police. They were both released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on personal recognizance bonds.

- Officers arrested Shannon N. Ramirez, 31, of Annandale, VA for Drunk in Public at 12:14 a.m. Dec. 11. Ramirez was found sitting in her turned off car in a parking lot in the 20000 block of Ashbrook Commons Plaza, police said. When police put Ramirez in the cruiser, her complainant became aggressive towards the officers. The man was identified as Dany Ramirez-Lopez, 31, of Annandale, VA, police said. Ramirez-Lopez was arrested and charged with Obstruction of Justice and Drunk in Public. Ramirez was released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on a personal recognizance bond and Ramirez-Lopez was released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on an unsecured bond, police said.
- At 12:45 a.m. Dec. 11, officers responded to a call of an unresponsive male in a vehicle parked in a parking lot in the 19000 block of Belmont Chase Drive. Officers found Todd N. Traxler, Jr. 21, of Ashburn in his vehicle, police said. Traxler was arrested with Drunk in Public and Possession of Marijuana and was released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on a personal recognizance bond, police said.
- Officers arrested an Ashburn woman for Drunk in Public at 10:10 p.m. Dec. 11, police said. The complainant contacted officers for an intoxicated female in the rear of his car. The woman, identified as Terran N. Secrist, 31, wouldn't get out of the car, police said. She was arrested with Drunk in Public and released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on a personal recognizance bond.
