Woman Arrested After Chase in Sterling: Police
Wanted for speeding and a broken tail light, she didn't pull over and later tried to flee on foot: Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

STERLING, VA — A woman who fled in her vehicle when officers tried to pull her over Saturday night in the area of North Argonne Avenue and North Lincoln Avenue later ditched the vehicle and fled on foot before being nabbed by a K9 unit near the 100 block of North Duke Street, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Laporche R. Morris, 30, of Sterling was charged with driving on a revoked license (3rd or subsequent offense), eluding police and resisting arrest.
Around 9:30, police attempted to pull her over for speeding and having a broken tail light.

She then took off and made several turns before stopping near the 100 block of North Emory Drive and trying to flee on foot.
