ASHBURN, VA — A woman who began yelling at an officer involved in another investigation and then began violently resisting arrest early Saturday morning in a parking garage in the 20000 block of Easthampton Plaza was, in fact, eventually arrested, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Sasha Parral, 25, of Springfield, was charged with obstruction of justice, and two counts of assault on law enforcement.

Around 2 a.m., a deputy spotted a vehicle at a dead end of the parking garage with stolen license plates. While talking to the driver, Parral got out of a nearby vehicle and began walking toward him and yelling, despite being ordered to stop.
