Woman Beaten at Gunpoint in Sterling: Police
A male acquaintance threw her to the ground, assaulted her and then flashed a gun, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
STERLING, VA — A man apparently flexing his macho muscle threw a female acquaintance to the ground Monday night, beat her and then flashed a handgun just in case she missed his point in the 45000 block of Trestle Terrace, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Darron L. Swiney, 35, was charged with assault and battery, brandishing, destruction of property and prohibited conduct.
He's being held without bond.
