Woman Raped Multiple Times by Acquaintance in Sterling: Police

She was held against her will in a vehicle for three hours and also strangled, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

STERLING, VA — A man raped a female acquaintance multiple times in a vehicle early Sunday morning between 3-6 a.m. in the 1900 block of North Sterling Boulevard, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Marvin Otero, 43, of Sterling, was charged with two counts of rape, abduction and strangulation.

He's being held without bond.
