On the Roads
Around 7:19 a.m., the right lane of inbound New York Avenue NE was blocked by a truck near Kendall Street NE.

At 7:08 a.m., there was a crash on inbound Suitland Parkway near Firth Sterling Avenue SE.
Throughout the morning, the traffic lights were flashing on US-29 at Nutley Street.
At 7 a.m., a work zone blocked both ramps and all lanes on westbound Duke Street at I-395.
On Monday morning, a work zone blocked the right side of southbound Prince William Parkway at Balls Ford Road.
On Monday morning, a work zone blocked both directions of Alban Road east of Terra Woods Drive. Drivers should follow the detour.
On the Rails
On the Orange Line, the Minnesota Ave, Deanwood, Cheverly, Landover and New Carrollton remain closed through Labor Day due to a summer platform improvement project. Local and express shuttles are available at Stadium-Armory.
Weather
Residents should expect clouds and rain showers throughout the day on Monday. High temperatures are only expected to reach around 70 degrees.
