Alleged Serial Peeper Arrested on Multiple Charges
Villanueva also charged with being drunk in public and forgery of a public document.

An arrest for being drunk in public led to a number of charges getting filed against Gerson Villanueva, who witnesses identified as a "serial peeper" seen in the area over the past two months.
When Villanueva, 26, was arrested and charged with being drunk in public on March 24, it was noticed that he matched the description of a man caught spying into dwellings in Burke. He was charged with peeping on March 30 after witnesses identified.
He was also charged with forgery of a public document and uttering a forged public document. He reportedly provided phony information about his identity to police and jail officials. These charges are Class IV felonies punishable by 2 to 10 years imprisonment and a fine of up to $100,000.
