Burke/West Springfield Walking Club For Seniors

Come join our friendly walking group for senior (50+) men and women. Stay fit, have fun, enjoy camaraderie and it's FREE. We walk for 1 hour around beautiful lake settings. Enjoy the birds, turtles and frogs. Bring nature back into your heart.

TIME: 8:00 am every Monday and Thursday

PLACE: Monday at Royal Lake (Meet at the Lakeside Park entrance, Bronte Dr. & Pommeroy Dr. - in front of the Tot-lot).

            Thursday at Burke Center (Meet in the parking lot in front of the Potomac River Running Store, 5715 Burke Centre Parkway) for a walk around Lake Barton.
