Yet, there is one drawback: when staying with friends or in hotels, you might accidentally slam down a traditional toilet seat, so be careful.

2. Air Bath Roman Tubs: Conventional jetted tubs, which pump water through pipes, are losing popularity. Also, have you ever noticed that black material that oozes from the pipes after the tub sits unused for a few weeks? New air baths eliminate this potentially unsanitary condition, as water doesn’t remain in the pipes and air is injected into the water.

3. Touch-less Faucets: Have you ever thought about the abundance of germs left on your faucet handles? Touch-less electronic versions can help keep the spout and handles clean and your hands cleaner by eliminating contact with the faucet.
