Congratulations to Our New CASA Volunteers
A new class of Fairfax Court Appointed Special Advocates was sworn into service by The Honorable Gayle B. Carr.

We are excited to announce that 11 outstanding volunteers successfully completed pre-service training in October and were sworn in as Court Appointed Special Advocates on November 8, 2012. The Honorable Gayle B. Carr of Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court presided over the evening ceremony, thoroughly reviewing the role of the CASA volunteer and then adminstering the CASA oath. View pictures of the event on Fairfax CASA's photo page.
This new class of volunteers allows Fairfax CASA to continue meeting the Court’s mandate of assigning a CASA volunteer to every abused and neglected child who comes under the Court’s protection.
Congratulations and thank you to our new class of CASA volunteers.
