I Am for the Child

In "I Am for the Child," CASA volunteers give voice to the inner world of the children they serve, and affirm their commitment to changing a child's future.

Court Appointed Special Advocates, or CASA Volunteers, are often the one consistent adult in the life of an abused or neglected child living under the court’s protection. While social workers, teachers, or foster parents may come and go, the CASA volunteer remains on the case, helping protect a child’s fundamental right to be safe, to be treated with dignity, and to learn and grow in a safe and permanent home.

In "I Am for the Child," an inspiring video from the National CASA Association, CASA volunteers give voice to the inner world of the children they serve and affirm their commitment to changing a child's future.

Will you speak for a child – or support the work of the Fairfax CASA volunteers who are fighting for the rights of over 300 abused and neglected children right here in Fairfax County? If so, please visit the Fairfax CASA website at www.fairfaxcasa.org.
