Burke Ranks on Best Places to Live in Virginia (ICYMI)

New rankings from Niche break down the best places to live in Virginia, and Burke made the list.

BURKE, VA -- What’s the best place to live in Virginia? That depends on who you ask, but according to a new set of rankings released by Niche.com, Burke is the 52nd best place to live in the state.

A current resident describes Burke as a community conveniently located near D.C. but that needs more entertainment options close by. "Overall I love where I live, it is a great place for me to grow up and a great place for me to figure out who I am," the resident said.

The ranking looked at several factors, such as public schools, a good family environment, nightlife, diversity and housing. Burke received an A+ for its family environment, A for diversity A- for public schools and C+ for nightlife. Click here to read more about the methodology.
