Chakaboom Celebrates Anniversary, Virginia Sales Tax Holiday Starts

1. Fairfax County police found Laura McIntyre, the missing Springfield woman, yesterday. McIntyre went missing near her job in Herndon Monday night, but police say her disappearance was voluntary.
   
2. The Burke location of Chakabioom Fitness celebrated its one-year anniversary Thursday. The company also launched its new hosted its new ChakaToning class Thursday prior to Zumba class.
3. Al Washingtonia will perform tonight at 7:30 p.m. at Lake Accotink Park in Springfield.
4. Don't forget: Virginia’s Sales Tax Holiday begins today and lasts through Sunday. If you need to stock up on school supplies and clothing, the time is now. 
5. Heads up if you going to return any books to the Burke Centre Library today or in a few days. The library is currently undergoing renovations.
