Independent Living Program Starts in Springfield on May 4

Fairfax's County's Independent Living Project offers a free program of seminars and yoga classes that help older adults continue living independently. All events are at the West Springfield Governmental Center, 6140 Rolling Road, Springfield, on Wednesdays, May 4-June 8, from 1 to 3:15 p.m. Adults 60 years and older and adults with physical disabilities are eligible.
