Virginia Band and Orchestra Director’s Association (VBODA) State Marching Band Assessment: 20 high school bands from Fairfax and surrounding counties will visit West Springfield High School to perform at this day-long event on Saturday, October 29. For the third consecutive year, West Springfield HS is host to the event. The day begins at 10 a.m., and bands continue playing until 4:15 p.m. Tickets are $6 for adults, and $4 for students and senior citizens.
