Virginia Railway Express will hold public hearings to solicit comment related to several proposed changes to the tariff, including reducing the Step-Up fare to ride Amtrak Trains by up to $5, discontinuing the group fare discount, and discontinuing allowing bicycles. Upon Board approval, the proposed changes could occur as early as April 2011.
