Family mediators help people resolve disputes about custody, visitation, divorce, elder care, wills and estates, and other family matters in a private, confidential setting.
Several local family mediators are offering free sessions Saturday, Nov. 9, in McLean, VA. A couple or ex-couple can use a session to get help with holiday, winter break, and long-term parenting plans or to get help with any other family issue. The event is sponsored by the Academy of Professional Family Mediators (APFM) and hosted by Langley Hill Friends Meeting (Quakers).
