Highest Sold Homes – Burke & Fairfax: November

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the home at 5915 Clermont Landing Court had the highest sales price of all homes in Burke this November, selling for $635,011.  The three highest listings sold for all of Fairfax County in November 2013:

1. 913 Douglass Drive, McLean, VA - Selling Price: $2,775,000

2. 502 River Bend Road, Great Falls, VA – Selling Price: $2,075,000
