Justin G. Reaves Promoted to Director of Finance at Greenspring
Reaves previously held the role of Assistant Director of Finance

(Springfield, Va.) – Justin G. Reaves has recently been promoted to Director of Finance at Greenspring, an Erickson Living retirement community in Springfield, Va. Since November 2014, Reaves had served as the community’s Assistant Director of Finance, supporting the Director with financial management initiatives and strategies. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, and accounting.
Prior to joining Greenspring, Reaves was a Finance Manager with Towne Park, where he managed a team of financial analysts focused on providing business strategy and financial direction to senior management. Before working with Towne Park, he was employed as a Senior Associate at SC&H Capital and as a Manager at SC&H Group, LLC. Reaves also serves on the Board of Directors for Monarch Academy Public Charter School as the secretary and as a finance committee member.
As Director of Finance at Greenspring, Reaves will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive accounting controls and procedures, reviewing and analyzing all financial reports, supporting the financial needs of community operations, assisting with the establishment of policies and procedures for financial operations, and supporting the continuous training and development of accounting staff members.

Reaves received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Towson University and is currently working toward completing a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgetown University.
