A practice that gives.

Yoga is for everyone and you can appreciate that by learning from the teachers at The Wellness Center.  You can also learn to appreciate yourself by enjoying one of the many therapeutic services offered at the center which includes the unique therapy I offer called Yoga Nidra Massage. When you care for yourself you are better able to care for the people around you.
I am especially excited about the yoga teacher training starting in February. It is my life purpose to share this beautiful art form that is yoga.  In this training called, Filtered Through Your Heart, we will delve into the many aspects of yoga connecting to our authentic selves in order to share our life's purpose more genuinely.  When we live more authentically we create space that allows for more healing in our relationships and the world around us.

Remember to take time for 1 minute of focused breathing 3-4 times per day!  Teach your kids, friends, husband, wife and co-workers the simplicity of focused breathing.  Breathing is a gift we were born with!
