The eight-minute video emphasizes the Sheehy difference and was produced to welcome new employees to the company. While Sheehy Auto Stores is an automotive dealership, the company spends many resources in their employees by offering advancement in job skills, competitive salaries, training, good benefits and most importantly, a work/life balance.

The video was produced by Cocklins Digital with Steve Cocklin, photographer and editor; Anne Cocklin, producer and audio engineer and Anne Sessions, director and scriptwriter.

TIVAās winning entries were judged on critical points including whether the objectives were met, the audience reached, the overall design and organization of the video, script writing, directing, effective editing, artistic use of the medium, and overall creativity.
