Teen Seriously Injured In Clifton Crash Welcomed Home
Neighbors and a local fire truck gave the teen a warm welcome after leaving the hospital.

FAIRFAX, VA—Earlier this week, a teen seriously injured in the July 10 crash in Clifton has arrived home. And there were plenty of friendly faces to welcome Ethan Willison.
A photo posted on Twitter by a family member showed a sizable crowd of family and friends as well as a Fairfax County Fire and Rescue welcoming him home. The teen, one of three involved in the crash, was released from the hospital Tuesday.

The GoFundMe page is nearing its $20,000 goal. "The family would like to thank everyone for their continued caring words and support during this time," states the page. "They see it all and greatly appreciate everything!"
The crash happened when the teens' car went off the road and struck a tree at Fairfax Station Road near Colewood Estates Road Tuesday. Willison and the driver, Conner McGowan, 17, were taken to the hospital by helicopter. McGowan died overnight in the hospital, and his funeral services were held earlier this week. The third teen had non-life-threatening injuries and was released from the hospital.
