Truck Overturns On Fairfax County Parkway In Fairfax Station
The driver was trapped but escaped without injury, the fire department said.
UPDATE: The road has reopened.
FAIRFAX STATION, VAāA truck overturned on the Fairfax County Parkway Monday in Fairfax Station, according to police.
The crash happened on the northbound road at Burke Centre Parkway. The Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department says the driver was temporarily trapped but has escaped. No injuries were reported.

Drivers are asked to avoid the area, police tweeted at 12:17 p.m. Northbound Fairfax County Parkway is closed, but traffic is being re-routed onto Burke Centre Parkway.
