Viewfinder: Sangster Elementary Says Goodbye to Principal Kinsey

Students at Sangster Elementary School had a busy week! The 3rd Grade Classes hosted all the parents to "Biography Day". Each student did research on a famous American from the past and at the end of the week they dressed up as their chosen person and put on a presentation for the parents. Biographies were done on Rosa Parks, Thurgood Marshall, Betsy Ross and Davy Crockett just to name a few.

On Friday, the entire school gathered on the blacktop on a somewhat "gloomy" day to say good-bye to Gail Kinsey, Principal at Sangster Elementary. The entire group sang their own lyrics to the tune of "Dynamite" by Taio Cruz. Principal Kinsey will be moving on to Fairfax Villa Elementary as their new Principal.
