Virginia ABC Stores Soon Open Sundays

The Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) will add Sunday hours at some of their stores across the Commonwealth, beginning July 1.

Select stores will be open 1 - 6 p.m. on Sundays, including Burke's two ABC stores:

The complete list of stores opening on Sunday's is listed online.  The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control will continue to observe local ordinances disallowing Sunday alcohol sales.

There are three ABC tasting events in Burke this month, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, June 21, 22 and 23, from 5 - 7 p.m. at the .  The tastings will feature three Art In The Age products: Root, Snap and Rhuby.
