Sketches Of 2 Men Wanted In Centreville Sexual Assault Released By Fairax Police

Fairfax County Police detectives released composite sketches of the two men wanted in last Thursday's sexual assault in Centreville.

CENTREVILLE, VA — Fairfax County Police Department's Major Crimes Bureau Sex Crimes Squad released composite drawings Tuesday of two men wanted in connection with the sexual assault of a woman last Thursday in Centreville, according to a post on the department's blog.

Officers were called around 7:40 a.m. to the 14000 block of Saint Germain Drive for the report of an unconscious woman. The victim told police she had been sexually assaulted overnight and then was taken to a nearby hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries, according to the blog post.

An investigation revealed a man approached the victim and pulled her into a nearby wooded area, where another man was waiting. The two men then sexually assaulted her, according to police.

Police described the first suspect as a Hispanic man with dark hair. He was between 30 and 40 years old, of average build, and was about 5-feet-8 inches tall. Police described the second suspect as a Hispanic man, between 60 and 70 years old, with partially gray hair. He stood about 5-foot-8 and had a stocky build.

Working with the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, detectives were able to put together the composite sketches they released on Tuesday.

Police ask anyone who recognized either of the two men or who has information about this case to contact the Major Crimes Bureau at 703-246-7800, option 3. Anonymous tips may also be submitted online via Fairfax County Crime Solvers or by calling 1-866-411-TIPS (8477). Tips can also be submitted using the Fairfax Crime Solvers app and texting "FCCS" and the message 847411. An anonymous that leads to an arrest is eligible for a cash reward up to $1,000.
