We are looking for a third roommate in our 3-level town home, as our third roommate is moving out at the end of May. We are in our late 20s/early 30s and are both friendly, easy going, clean, nonsmokers, respectful of common areas, and not big partiers.

Great location, direct access to 28,29, and 66; one minute walk to Singleton’s Way/New Braddock Road Metro Bus stop; close to George Mason University; and a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

The room is a master bedroom with 2 Closet Maid closets and a private bathroom with heated tile floors. Newer beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Access to all three levels includes entirely remodeled and fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, fully furnished living room, washer/dryer, beautiful deck, pool, and a permit parking space. Rent is $800/month plus utilities (electric and water split 3 ways each month). Cable tv and wifi internet (Verizon Fios) are included in the rent price. The bedroom can be available fully furnished for an additional $50/month.
