Adoption/Foster Care Fair May 30

Talk with adoption, foster care, and private adoption professionals and attend presentations on local and international adoption.

Have you have ever considered adopting or fostering a child? Come on Saturday, May 30, to an Adoption Fair, held by Children’s Home Society and Lutheran Social Services of Minnesota, in Oakton from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. This fair is a fantastic resource for answering any of your adoption or foster care questions. The event is completely free and children are welcome.

The Adoption Fair will cover all forms of adoption and fostering, including local adoption, international adoption, private adoption, and our local foster care system. Representatives from each of these facets of the adoption and foster care system will be available to answer your questions, as well as families who have adopted or fostered who are willing to share their personal experiences.

In addition to talking freely with adoption and foster care professionals and families at the fair’s main hall, attendees can also attend formal presentations covering local and international adoption as well as fostering and private adoption.
