Eagle Project: 'Changing Lives One Bike At a Time' - Bikes For The World is a non-profit organization that distributes used serviceable bicycles and parts to lower income people and select institutions in developing countries to enhance their lives and livelihoods through better transport. As part of this eagle scout project I will be collecting, processing, and preparing bikes for shipment that are donated on Saturday, August 20th from 9am to Noon at 14931 Willard Road Chantilly Virginia 20151-3727. Monetary donations will also be accepted as these offset the shipping costs for sending bikes throughout the world (suggested donation of $10 per bike).
