Life Time Fitness will host local Alpha Showdown competitions in Centreville on March 24, 2012. Alpha Showdown participants will test their body's core energy systems through three gauntlets - power, strength, and endurance. Winners from each club competition will go on to compete in the regionals, with the winners advancing to the national competition. Registration is now open and all events are open for spectators.
