Physical night is Thursday, June 9, 2011 at Centreville High School from 6-8pm.

Cost for physicals is $40.

Please make sure that you have the newly revised physical form completed! In the upper left hand corner of the form it will say Revised March 2011.
Please note that beginning August 1, 2011 any student wishing to participate in conditioning, tryouts, open gym, after school weight lifting and other school sponsored athletic camps must have a complete physical on file with Centreville High School athletic department. The physical must be completed after 5/1/11. They will NOT be able to participate until they have one!
All of the money will be donated to the Centreville Sports Medicine Dept. to help us buy athletic training supplies for the next school year. This is a great fundraiser for us because it allows us to raise money since our budget for supplies has been cut. Thank you so much for supporting our program!
