UPDATE: Missing Woman Found Tuesday in Woods in Centreville Area

UPDATE 10:07 a.m.: Blanca Sone, 73, of Centreville has been located in the woods near her home. She is being checked by Fairfax County Fire & Rescue now. FCPD says: Thank you to all who helped in the search.

UPDATE 9:40 a.m.: Police are continuing to look for Blanca Sone Tuesday morning and have distributed a flyer with a more recent photo of Blanca Sone. You can see the flyer here.

Fairfax County Police are asking the public’s help in locating Blanca Sone, 73, of Woodfield Drive in the Centreville area.

She left home, on foot, at around noon Monday and has not been seen or heard from since that time.

She is 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighs around 100 pounds, reddish brown, shoulder-length hair, speaks both English and Spanish, and wearing a black sweater and blue jeans. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
