REPORTS

BURGLARY (late), 2021-08250005, 600 block of N. Glebe Road. At approximately 12:44 a.m. on August 25, police were dispatched to the late report of a burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 11:45 p.m. on August 24, the male victim was asleep inside the residence when he was awoken to the unknown male suspect in the living room. The victim confronted the suspect and he fled the scene on foot. No items were reported damaged or stolen. There is no suspect description. The investigation is ongoing.

INDECENT EXPOSURE (late), 2021-08240169, 4300 block of Columbia Pike. At approximately 5:47 p.m. on August 24, police were approached by the property manager of a residential building regarding the late report of an exposure. The investigation revealed that between 4:40 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on August 21, the female victim observed the unknown male suspect allegedly masturbating inside a common area of a residential building. The suspect is described as an unknown race male with black hair, approximately 5’9” to 5’10” tall with a small to medium build, wearing gray sweatpants, an orange shirt and a black baseball hat. The investigation is ongoing.
