REPORTS

INDECENT EXPOSURE, 2021-09090180, 1900 block of S. Eads Street. At approximately 6:20 p.m. on September 9, police were dispatched to the report of an indecent exposure. Upon arrival, officers located the suspect walking in the area with his genitals exposed and allegedly masturbating before taking him into custody without incident. During the course of the investigation, the suspect provided law enforcement what was later determined to be a false identity. John Hickerson, 65, of No Fixed Address, was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure, Public Masturbation, and Identity Theft.
