Arlington Police: Man Stabbed in Ballston Over the Weekend

A man was stabbed at least seven times Saturday in Ballston, according to information the Arlington County Police Department released today.

The incident took place at 11:41 p.m. in the 600 block of North Glebe Road, after police responded to a report of a large fight at that address, according to police.

When police arrived, they found a man on the sidewalk near Glebe Road and took him to a nearby hospital to be treated for his injuries, which were not life-threatening, police reported.

Four men were arrested and charged with malicious wounding, according to police: Davis Bhatti, 23, of Arlington, Gutavito Lopez, 20, of Annandale, Naveed Mughal, 23, of Arlington and Heberb Amaya-Gallo, 25, of Arlington.

Separately, Antonius Sallis, 32, of Arlington was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute.
