As of lunchtime, Williamsburg Boulevard in Arlington County had reopened, according to a spokesman for the Arlington County Police.
The bus driver had likely dropped students off before hitting the pole, according to a spokesman for Arlington Public Schools.
As of 1 p.m., it didn't appear that were were any unusual power outages in the county, according to the Dominion Power outage map.
