Arlington Voter's Guide to 2014 Election

Who's up for election and where to go to cast your ballot on Tuesday, Nov. 4.

On Tuesday, Nov. 4, there will be a General Election for U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives as well as a Proposed Amendment to the Virginia Constitution.

U.S. Senate Race

U.S. Sen. Mark Warner (D) is running for reelection against Republican Ed Gillespie and Libertarian Robert Sarvis.

Treasurer: Carla de la Pava, running unopposed

School Board: Audrey Clement vs. Barbara Kanninen; Nancy Van Doren running unopposed

County Board: John Vihstadt (I) vs. Alan Howze (D)

Free Photo Voter ID in Arlington

The next General Election date is Tuesday, November 4, 2014. On the ballot in 2014 will be the offices of:

  • U.S. Senate
  • U.S. House of Representatives, 8th District
  • One County Board and one School Board member

There will also be one proposed Constitutional amendment and four County bond referendum questions, as well as Special Elections to fill unexpired terms for Treasurer and School Board.
