Encore Stage & Studio Seeks Experienced Professionals to Join Board of Directors

Arlington, VA –Encore Stage & Studio is conducting a community wide search for exceptional candidates to join our Board of Directors this fall. These individuals will participate fully in Encore’s activities and bring enthusiasm and new expertise to our organization.

Currently, we are looking for individuals with experience in these areas:
-Fundraising
-Community relations
-Marketing
-Participation or contributions to children’s or other arts organizations
-Commercial real estate
-Event planning
-Finance
-Non-profit management

The Board of Directors governs Encore and sets its policies and strategic direction in addition to overseeing its financial health. Simultaneously, we actively promote Encore’s mission to build life-long appreciation for live theater by involving young people in all aspects of theater arts—onstage, backstage, in the classroom, and in the audience.
