2011 Xchange

IRI's Networks and Research-on-Research working groups will be joining forces this February to bring you a one stop shop for networking and accessing knowledge on the most cutting edge topics in the R&D world. The Xchange gives you the best of both worlds: a large pool of attendees for networking and small groups for making lasting connections with colleagues who have 'been there'.

Join us for in depth discussion on such hot topics as:

  • Innovation Competencies
  • Knowledge Management
  • Portfolio Management
  • Strategy in the Digital Age

Similar to the concurrent breakout sessions at the Annual Meeting and Member Summit, the Xchange uses concurrent sessions to increase each attendee's involvement in specific interest areas. The Xchange utilizes a "track system" to help participants maximize their networking and gain the most information and knowledge as possible.

ROR and Networks are divided into five different groups, each with a unique track.

Track 1: "Leadership & Talent" joins the Human Resources Network and two ROR groups: the Leadership Skills and Styles group and the Virtual Teams group. View agenda.

Both the Networks chairs and ROR chairs have been hard at work to bring this meeting together. Through joint sessions, speed networking and mind-mapping, we're sure that this meeting will exceed your networking and knowledge creation expectations!

We hope that you will be able to join us in Miami!
