The 3rd annual BuddhaFest: Meditation Nation runs from June 14-17 at Spectrum Theatre in Rosslyn and is the only film festival in the country that also features speakers and live music. Event co-founder Gabriel Reira says "you don't have to be Buddhist to attend. All are invited who believe that living with kindness and compassion is a good idea." Speakers include: Tara Brach, Jonathan Foust, Congressman Tim Ryan, Rick Hanson, Tsoknyi Rinpoche, Sharon Salzberg and many others.
