Maryland Man Charged in Fatal Hit and Run
Wreck left 23-year-old Arlington man dead in September.
Marc D. Hicks, 42, of Oxon Hill, Md., has been charged with felony hit and run, according to the Arlington County Police Department.
He is currently being held without bond at the Arlington County Detention Center.
