Police: 'Full Diplomatic Immunity' Means No Arrest for Chair Leg Beating
Incident sent female victim to the hospital.

In a case of “malicious wounding,” that took place Monday night in Arlington, a man with full diplomatic immunity will not be arrested, according to a news release from Arlington County Police.
Police were called Monday night at about 9:34 p.m. to the 4000 block of N. 27th Road, where police say a male subject struck a female victim several times with a wooden chair leg during a domestic-related incident.
The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to Virginia Hospital Center. The subject has full diplomatic immunity and was not arrested, police noted.

ARLnow reported that an anonymous tipster claimed the suspect was Equatorial Guinea Amb. Ruben Maye Nsue Mangue and that the victim was his 16-year-old daughter.
