Police: Local Man Caught Breaking Into Apartment

Arlington County police arrested a local man Thursday night after he was seen trying to enter the bathroom window of a Clarendon apartment.

Misael Montes Flores Zecena, 29, was arrested and charged with peeping and attempted breaking and entering, according to a police report. He is being held without bond at the Arlington County jail.

Flores was apprehended at about 10 p.m. Thursday at an apartment building in the 2300 block of North 9th Street, a block west of Arlington Boulevard (Route 50), the police report said.
