WaPo: FBI Conducting Criminal Investigation into Arlington National Cemetery

Federal authorities are conducting a criminal investigation into the mishandling of remains at Arlington National Cemetery, the Washington Post reported today.

The FBI and the U.S. Army's Criminal Investigation Command have been conducting the investigation for at least six months, the Post reported.

The paper quotes sources familiar with the investigation as saying a federal grand jury in Alexandria has been issuing subpoenas for witness and records related to the scandal.
