Woman Spots Man Without Pants Near Rosslyn Metro
Police: Victim does not want to press charges.

An unidentified man was reported to be in a parked car with his pants down Friday morning not far from the Rosslyn Metro station, according to information police released today.
At about 7:15 a.m. Friday, a woman was walking along the 1400 block of North Key Boulevard. She told police she saw the man without pants and touching himself inappropriately as she walked by.
After she passed the vehicle, she took a picture of it with the camera on her phone, police spokesman Dustin Sternbeck said. This caused the man to drive away immediately.
