• A multi-jurisdictional chase ends with the arrest of a Culpeper man (theriver953.com) — A 42-year-old Culpeper man, Daniel Quinn, was arrested after allegedly leading multiple law-enforcement agencies on a chase from Winchester down Interstate 81 into Fauquier County. He now faces felony eluding and related traffic charges in several jurisdictions and is being held without bond at the Fauquier County Adult Detention Center.
