Bell Announces Write-In Candidacy for Neabsco Supervisor
Scott Bell announced the day before the election that he would ask for write-in votes for Neabsco District Supervisor.

Saying that he thinks elections should offer a choice, local resident Scott Bell announced Monday that he was asking for write-in votes for the position of Neabsco District Supervisor in Tuesday's elections.
(D), who has held the position for the last 29 years, is running without an opponent on the ballot.
Bell, a nine-year Air Force veteran, said that he likes Jenkins, but believes that every elected official should face a challenger. "I have lived most of the last 15 years in Prince William County and think there's a good common sense approach to local government, which is where you see the quickest most direct impact to daily lives," Bell said. "You can't do everything all at once and need to be ready to compromise to get the best possible solutions to problems."
