No one was injured, and a 35-year-old Triangle man now faces an attempted malicious wounding charge as the investigation continues. 
• Prince William Supervisors Defer Decision on Vint Hill Substation (bristowbeat.com) — Prince William supervisors have delayed a decision on Dominion Energy’s proposed Vint Hill switching station, after residents from across the county, including Dumfries’ Four Seasons at Historic Virginia community, raised concerns about data center-driven infrastructure. The 90-day deferral pushes a final vote to Sept. 22 while officials seek more information on gas technology and potential countywide impacts.
